CUSTOMER REQUEST:
My clients had purchased a beautiful new apartment and needed assistance with color schemes, furnishings, draperies, and lighting. Their new home needed to have a simple and timeless style, yet still feel modern. Because of their young children, it was important to choose durable materials. The clients wanted completely new furnishings in the main rooms. Here's how we worked together to realize their vision:
IMPLEMENTATION
Color scheme: The light oak parquet in a herringbone look and the black kitchen provided the basis for the color scheme. Since the family spends a lot of time on the water, I suggested a color scheme that represented various colors of the water. In the entrance, we created a welcoming atmosphere with a light green. In the living area, the main wall is designed in a soft gray-blue. This underscores the Scandinavian style of the apartment. The bedroom, with the dark blue as the back wall, has a calming effect and provides the headboard with the perfect stage to shine. The children's room is painted in a soft beige-brown and is child-friendly and timeless. The playroom was decorated in a muted pink at the girls' request. The bathrooms were designed with seamless flooring from Naturofloor in soft colors.
Furnishings: Classic and timeless, yet inviting.
The boat-shaped dining table in black oak is complemented by comfortable swivel chairs in gray fabric. A light oak cabinet serves as a bar, creating a light and airy effect.
The sofa has become a comfortable island for the whole family. Cozy, yet classic and elegant thanks to the fabric. A cozy wool rug complements it. A simple dark sideboard completes the living area. In the bedroom, the upholstered bed in a subtle fabric appears simple and inviting. Simple bedside tables complete the timeless look.
Lighting design: Various light sources provide a pleasant and flexible lighting concept that creates the right mood at any time of day. The lamps above the table and the arc lamp bring plenty of light into the room and can be dimmed as needed. In the bedroom, the light wooden lamps provide a nice contrast to the wall color and complete the look.
Curtains: They not only add elegance and warmth to the room, but also improve the acoustics. The large windows were framed with simple linen-look curtains. In the bedroom, the simple day curtains are combined with a subtle night curtain.
Through close collaboration, we ensured that the apartment met the clients' exact expectations. The result is a home that is perfectly tailored to the needs of my clients and their children. The color scheme has given the home a very personal touch.

CUSTOMER WISH:
My clients had purchased a spacious and bright new-build apartment and needed help with the color scheme, furnishings, curtains and lighting design. They wanted their new home to radiate warmth and tell their story. Because of the two four-legged residents, it was important to choose suitable and hard-wearing materials. The clients wanted a mix of existing and new furniture. Here you can see how we realized their vision together:
IMPLEMENTATION
Color scheme: The light oak parquet flooring and the colorful pictures provided the basis for the color scheme. We created an appealing and inviting eye-catcher with the wallpaper in the entrance hall. In keeping with the wallpaper, the other colors in the corridor, dining and living area are soft shades of brown. These emphasize the brightness of the apartment and create a cosy atmosphere at the same time. In the guest room, we opted for a beautiful sage green, which gives the room a very warm and homely feel.
Furnishings: A combination of cherished pieces and modern additions that together create a harmonious atmosphere. The existing dining table was upgraded with new chairs. A combination of dark gray leather and light gray fabric goes wonderfully with the warm wood. A second piece was added to an existing sideboard, which now visually separates the dining and living areas. The sofa was a particular concern for my clients, as it needed to be very comfortable and variable. The chosen model in blue-grey fabric looks light and offers many possibilities thanks to the adjustable backrests and extendable reclining surfaces. The coffee table is very flexible and can be moved easily. The coarse wool rug combines the sofa and armchair to create an island of calm. A practical TV unit blends well into the room and the plants also add to the homely feel. a A shelf has been added to the guest room. This small change, together with the wall color and the curtains, brings a lot of calm into the room.
Lighting design: Various light sources provide a pleasant and flexible lighting concept that creates the right mood at any time of day. The new floor lamp brings plenty of light into the room and can be dimmed as required.
Curtains: they not only lend the room elegance and warmth, but also improve the room acoustics. The large window areas were framed with simple curtains in a linen look.
Close collaboration and continuous coordination ensured that the apartment was exactly what my clients wanted. The result is a home that is perfectly tailored to the needs of my clients and their animal friends and has a unique, personal touch.

CUSTOMER REQUEST:
My client had purchased a new-build apartment and needed assistance with color schemes, flooring selection, kitchen design, bathroom design, and furnishings. Her new home should radiate warmth, be easy to maintain, and feel like a personal sanctuary. She also wanted to incorporate some of her existing furniture. Here's how we realized her vision together:
IMPLEMENTATION:
The floor is the foundation of every room. We chose a material that's both stylish and easy to maintain: a beautiful oiled oak parquet floor. In the entrance hall, we worked with the carpenter to design a wardrobe that's functional, offers seating, and is attractive.
The kitchen is the heart of the home. It was designed ergonomically and functionally to make everyday life easier. Using high-quality, low-maintenance materials like quartz countertops and modern, easy-to-clean cabinetry, we created a kitchen that's not only beautiful but also practical. The smoked oak dining table and dark brown leather chairs connect the kitchen to the living room and create a beautiful contrast with the oak flooring.
The rather small living room is enhanced by the muted, rosy hue, yet still appears understated and harmonizes beautifully with the gray sofa. The sideboard was designed to match the room's colors. It offers plenty of space and blends unobtrusively into the space. The chosen colors and furnishings create a light and airy atmosphere. The whole thing is rounded off with matching curtains.
In the bedroom, the Micasa wardrobe creates a room divider, with the handle bar connecting it to the oak floor. Since even more storage space was needed, the carpenter fitted a wardrobe and drawer combination perfectly into the sloping ceiling, thus efficiently utilizing the otherwise wasted space. The back wall of the bed is painted in a warm brown tone, and the simple curtains add a certain flair to the room.
A wall in a simple blue-gray color enhances the office. Existing office furniture was skillfully complemented with simple IKEA shelves, and existing curtains were reused.
Through close collaboration and continuous coordination, I was able to ensure that my client's apartment met her exact expectations. Her new home now exudes warmth and coziness while being easy to maintain—a truly personal space!

Holistic design and furnishing of a beauty salon in Sins
CUSTOMER REQUEST:
A new apartment is to be converted into a beauty salon. My client needed support with flooring selection, kitchen design, color concept, room layout, and furnishings. A different look from the old studio was desired, with the goal of creating a sense of well-being and relaxation. A place for care and well-being.
IMPLEMENTATION:
In accordance with the client's request, we opted for easy-care flooring with a dark wood look. The kitchen was designed in a simple, off-white. The main rooms exude a holiday atmosphere and are reminiscent of a fresh sea breeze. In the entrance and living room, we combined warm brown and fresh blue-green tones to create an inviting atmosphere. Shelves in white and dark wood complement the color scheme. The meeting area, with its round table and blue-green chairs, appears particularly inviting, while the sofa area rounds out the relaxed atmosphere. In the treatment room, we opted for a powdery and understated color scheme that creates a homey mood through harmonious details such as curtains, armchairs, and rugs.
I'm proud to have successfully realized my client's wishes and created a beauty salon where she and her clients can feel comfortable and relaxed. The response has been very positive.

Complete interior design and furnishing of an apartment in Obfelden
CUSTOMER REQUEST:
The couple had purchased an older condominium on the ground floor a few years ago. They now wanted parquet flooring instead of tile flooring and a fresh coat of paint in the room. They also wanted to partially refurnish or add to existing furnishings.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Light oak parquet flooring, oiled white, was laid throughout the apartment. This brings a lot of warmth into the rooms, yet keeps the overall look light. The color scheme throughout the apartment is a warm, off-white.
The first impression of every place is always the entrance. It has been completely redesigned. The closet offers storage space, making everything feel welcoming and tidy. A small detail is the oak pull handles. Custom-made by a local carpenter.
In the bedroom, a very dark blue was chosen to accentuate the existing bed and new flooring. The new wardrobe also has an oak handle.
In the client's study, a dark burgundy was chosen as an accent to make the small room appear brighter.
The furnishings feature light-colored furniture. The client requested a petrol-colored sideboard, which would give the living room a modern touch. A rug transformed the sofa area into a cozy island, which, together with an armchair and lamp, creates a cozy feel. Oak was also incorporated throughout the furnishings to create a connection with the flooring. Linen-look curtains complete the look.

Design apartment in Unterägeri
CUSTOMER REQUEST:
The couple had designed their second-floor condo themselves six years ago. Although they had refurnished it, something was still missing. In the practical, functionally furnished bathroom, the washing machine was too prominent and distracting. In general, the clients wanted to integrate color and pictures.
IMPLEMENTATION:
A color scheme in the living room with two different shades of green brings freshness to the room and connects everything into a harmonious whole. I was able to convince the couple to install curtains. These now provide a worthy frame for the panoramic window and bring a lot of warmth into the room. The goal was to create a sofa island with a rug, but this has been postponed for the time being because of the 13-year-old cat. The Swiss mountains are very important to the clients, so they integrated them with beautifully framed photos and pictures. The washing machine was housed in a custom-made piece of furniture that skillfully conceals the water connection and provides space for decoration. The materials were chosen to match the existing furnishings of the bathroom. All work was carried out with great passion by local craftsmen.

The client wanted contemporary furnishings, including an oval table that could also be used for work.

Since this is a rental apartment, unfortunately, we had to forgo a wall color. The new table and chairs create a timeless ambiance. I was able to convince the client to go with a round, extendable table. The combination of colors and materials brings warmth to the room. The beloved shelf will be retained and combined with a multifunctional lamp. This provides good light for working, but also creates a cozy atmosphere for dining.
